The fitness room is small and could use more equipment.

Hip new hotel, comprehensive breakfast with plenty of choice, absolutely perfect location close to everything in Krakow. The staff were really kind and outstandingly accommodating and lovely foyer. Particularly nice view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too.

This venue is luxurious with exclusive amenities that cater to all my needs. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the private facilities were top-notch. the location advantages were perfect, only a short walk to the city center.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even upgraded our room. The room itself was beautifully finished and stocked with all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked mini bar and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including made-to-order eggs and fresh smoothies. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the luxury and exclusive amenities. the Full body massage was exceptional and the Leisure/ TV room was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the room was well, equipped with all we needed, including private facilities and a great in, room breakfast. We also enjoyed the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area , the food and drinks were divine.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the service, which was slow at times. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
