I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all major sights in the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the recent refurbishment added a touch of modernity. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, including hot dishes and cooked-to-order eggs. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. the hotel's proximity to the railway station and shopping center was a convenient bonus for transportation and shopping.

Hip new hotel, comprehensive breakfast with plenty of choice, absolutely perfect location close to everything in Krakow. The staff were really kind and outstandingly accommodating and lovely foyer. Particularly nice view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too.

This venue is luxurious with exclusive amenities that cater to all my needs. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the private facilities were top-notch. the location advantages were perfect, only a short walk to the city center.
The massage service was slightly lacking, but the staff made up for it with their exceptional service.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even upgraded our room. The room itself was beautifully finished and stocked with all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked mini bar and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including made-to-order eggs and fresh smoothies. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Krakow.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the luxury and exclusive amenities. the Full body massage was exceptional and the Leisure/ TV room was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the room was well, equipped with all we needed, including private facilities and a great in, room breakfast. We also enjoyed the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area , the food and drinks were divine.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the service, which was slow at times. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
